Our client, a renowned food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join their team in Campbellfield. They specialise in the manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution of food products — including pouch packs of yoghurts, custards, and sauces.

In this role, you’ll be operating the forklift to support daily production and warehouse operations, handling stock movement, loading/unloading, and general warehouse duties within a fast-paced environment.

They are currently offering the following shift options:

  • Day Shift: 7AM – 3PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 2PM or 3PM start - 11PM or 12AM end

About your new role:

  • Perform production line duties including filling machine support, palletising, packing, and basic quality checks
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and distributing products, while maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Operate the counterbalance forklift for general warehouse tasks such as stock movement, loading/unloading, and order picking

About you:

  • Full working rights in Australia with good communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Valid LF Licence with minimum 6 months forklift experience
  • Physically fit to handle up to 25kg, including lifting and moving crates, boxes, and pallets
  • Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (as low as -4°C); protective jackets provided
  • Experience with machinery operation and food manufacturing, ideally in dairy or beverages
  • Must wear steel-capped boots and high-vis shirt; site-specific PPE supplied
  • Must comply with hygiene and safety standards (no loose accessories, makeup, or jewelry)
